Zepto Launches Real Estate Tie-Up with HoABL : Buying Land as Fast as Groceries

Zepto HoABL

Key Highlights :

Users can now search and inquire about Vrindavan land plots by simply typing “Land” in the app of Zepto, with HoABL experts reaching out within 10 minutes.

The partnership combines Zepto’s velocity with HoABL’s digital-first property strategy with an aim to democratize land ownership in India.

Key Background :

The Zepto-HoABL tie-up is a major leap in marketing and accessing real estate. For the first time ever, technology used in quick-commerce, typically that of grocery shopping and everyday essentials, has been leveraged on property discovery so that ownership of land is affordable at the click of a button.

The users just input “Land” in the search bar to view HoABL’s high-end Vrindavan properties on Zepto’s app. Upon requesting, a HoABL professional reaches out to the user through video call within 10 minutes. This instant response comes in stark relief compared to the traditionally long and secretive steps of traditional real estate sales.

HoABL is already a digital-first real estate brand, but this partnership takes accessibility even further by engaging customers where they’re already present on a platform they use every day. For Zepto, the expansion opens up its service offerings beyond groceries and essentials, showing how rapid-commerce platforms can become doorways into bigger lifestyle and investment requirements.

The launch was carefully timed with Janmashtami, a holiday connected to the cultural and spiritual heritage of Vrindavan. Zepto’s Chief Brand and Culture Officer Chandan Mendiratta highlighted that the initiative showcases both brands’ dedication to speed, transparency, and accessibility. By providing real estate on a highly utilized commerce platform, the companies are demolishing barriers to land ownership.

Saurabh Jain, Marketing Chief at HoABL, emphasized that the move allows HoABL to further its mission of democratizing land. The business envisions making it not just secure and transparent to buy property but as easy and convenient as other consumers’ experiences in the digital age.

From the time it was established in 2020, HoABL has come up with projects on leisure and cultural destinations such as Goa, Alibaug, Ayodhya, and Dapoli. With about 30 million square feet in progress and planned projects in Neral, Shimla, and Amritsar, HoABL is still growing fast. Its agreement with Zepto introduces a new depth to this growth model, which demonstrates how partnerships in the digital sector can change industries.
