His early career at Eicher Motors introduced him to Total Quality Management, while his time at GE deepened his expertise in Six Sigma and global operational excellence. These formative experiences, he explained, shaped his interest in execution, strategy, and team building, which became central to his leadership journey.

Today, that approach continues to shape how he drives improvements, whether streamlining a plant or modernising internal systems.

By aligning Kaizens, VOC loops, and strategic reviews into daily routines, he fosters a culture where challenging the status quo is encouraged but always within a framework that balances risk, captures insights, and ensures sustainable improvement.
