By 1986, Jitendrahad taken on the role of Head of Bulk Material Handling at MBL, where he served for 14 years. Thermal Foundations and Renewable Ambitions
The year 2000 marked a shift toward power generation excellence when Jitendrajoined Steag, a global name in energy solutions. Over the next 11 years, he contributed as General Manager, playing a vital role in both brownfield and greenfield power projects. This period was crucial in broadening his exposure to international practices and refining his approach to plant management, environmental compliance, and energy efficiency.

 

In 2011, he stepped into the renewable energy domain with Welspun, serving as GM – Renewables. He managed solar PV projects and laid the groundwork for transitioning traditional energy frameworks toward cleaner alternatives. This brief but impactful stint amplified his ability to lead hybrid energy portfolios and understand the nuances of large-scale solar implementation.

 

Engineering Leadership and Operational Mastery
Between 2012 and 2015, Jitendratook on the role of GM – Thermal at Tractebel – Engie, one of the world’s foremost energy and engineering firms. Here, he drove strategic initiatives, including owner’s engineering and project management, for major thermal installations. His responsibilities extended to feasibility analysis, plant design, and stakeholder coordination—areas where his depth of knowledge significantly influenced project outcomes.

 

From 2015 to 2018, he led the Business Unit at TUV-SUD, providing independent engineering expertise and certifications across thermal, solar, and emission control systems. This role sharpened his capabilities in technical audits, due diligence, and compliance, helping clients navigate the increasing demand for sustainable, efficient, and regulation-compliant energy systems.

 

Expanding Horizons
Jitendra’ leadership path continued as Executive Director at IRC (2018–2019) and then as Sr. Vice President at Encotec Energy (2019–2020). In these roles, he focused on expanding operational frameworks and optimizing energy infrastructure. He fostered strategic collaborations and led project execution with a commitment to timely delivery, cost control, and safety. His ability to bridge technology with business development set him apart in these assignments.

 

As the COO of Six D Engineering Solutions, Jitendraplays a central role in scaling advanced services such as Owner’s Engineering, As-Built Engineering, Digital Twins, Dimension Control, and Re-engineering. Under his guidance, Six D continuous to expand its reach across the power sector, supporting clients with end-to-end solutions, from feasibility studies and bid preparation to commissioning and lifecycle support.

 

Green Hydrogen and Future-Ready Energy Systems
A key area of Jitendra’s recent focus has been Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia solutions.
